Tomorrow is move out day, and what can
I say? It has been a very stressful, awesome, rewarding freshman year! I have
learned so much about myself, I have learned a lot about others, and most importantly
I have grown in my relationship with God. I have learned how blessed I am and
how there are so many others that are not as fortunate at me. I have an AWESOME
life, thanks to God, and I want to do everything that I can to get that across
to everyone! This year has flown by; I can't believe that I am going to be a
sophomore in college! WHAT! I know!
I am excited about the summer because
I will be leading worship at Asbury Hills a long with some awesome people!
Asbury Hills is a summer camp for kids and teens. I am so excited! What What!
It is going to be really weird when my
family comes to move some of my stuff out today. I have to finish a take home
exam for English and study for my Religion exam. I can take a break to move out
though.
So, what have I been up to? lets get caught
up!
The girls on my hall are doing a big painting! Everyone on the hall decorates one section.
A week ago my bio class took a trip to Glendale, that's where Wofford's new environmental studies building is going to be. I got some pictures of us doing the experiments! yay!
I also went to a Christian concert with a bunch of my friends! It was really awesome, and we had some pretty great worship time! Josh Ridings was playing, and that means that we had a pretty awesome time!
I had to be trained in CPR in order to
be an RA next year! It was a lot of fun. Amy Powers was my partner and we named
our dummy Tedd. It was very fitting, I think.
All of the girls on my hall went out to eat. It is kind of like our "last supper" if you know what I mean. The last time that we will actually go out to eat with one another. We had so much fun! Then we went to the park!
^My Roommate, Kathryn, and I
^Roommates: Emily and Miya!
^Roommates: Caroline and Amanda!
^Ellen doesn't have a roommate =( But she will be rooming with Kathryn next year! Yay!
^Kathryn gave me a chocolate mustache! the best kind of mustache to have!
All of the girls on my hall also went on a walk on the beautiful Wofford Campus! and we had so much fun doing that as well!
I absolutely love the girls on my hall. We are all best friends and do everything together. I know that you don't get that a lot. A lot of halls keep their doors shut and really don't talk, but we always keep our doors open, and we are constantly in each others room.
Bye everyone! I don't know if this is my last blog or not, but if so! goodbye and i will see you next year =)
