So...

This weekend was crazy fun! Shaving cream, swimsuits, sand where it isn't normally, and crazy cool bands. Spring weekend basically rocks, that much more since we're getting to the last few weeks of school now. It's been such a year. I came here wanting to do neuroscience so I could go to med school and be a pediatric neurologist. Now, I think I have found a goal more to my actual liking....get ready for it....I want to be an immigration lawyer...in a perfect world anyway. It's social, it helps people, and it's an issue I actually know a little bit about. I've been schedule planning and jazz, I'm super pumped. Going to talk to my advisor in the morning and the pre-law advisor sometime this week.

Got room assignments for the fall, I'm 2nd floor of Dupre. And since I totally wanted to be in Dupre, I'm pumped. And since I ended up on the same floor with girls that I love and adore, I'm also super pumped. I'm going to miss my hall. I have the coolest hall ever and we're gonna be bummed in like 3 weeks when we have to leave each other, never to be on a hall all together again. :( But still pumped.

It's weird thinking about not being here. I remember I spent like the first month and a half of school wanting to go home; and now I feel like that's where I'm getting ready to leave. The other bummer is that my closest Wofford besties is about an hour and a half away. Atlanta'll will definitely be listed in my summer plans as much as I can make it down there. Hopefully Court'll make it down from WV to see me at least once; and I haven't even begun to make plans with Syd to see her in TN this summer. Oh sadness. I'm not gonna know what to do when I have to quit my Wofford sched cold turkey. No dinners with Dane, no late night snacks with Court, no Syd to wake me up on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Horrible thoughts all. Home'll be an adjustment, but the reunions in the fall will be amazing. Lots of hugging and screaming I'm sure.

Ok, stopping focusing on bummerific stuff. And I did totally make that word up, but it's fine. The fam's coming up this weekend because my lil sis is coming up for some thing, so I'm gonna meet them for the baseball game and just chill. Home next weekend to help Laura get prom ready....I can't believe it! Cross your fingers my camera's back from the Best Buy camera hospital by then! Next weekend to Clemson with Chris and Dane to watch them do a triathalon and offer moral support. Next weekend I'm home for the summer! Crazy ain't it?
