Bigger and Better Birthdays!

So right now, I am blogging from St. Simons Island in Georgia chillin out on Spring Break. I apologize for my lack of bloginess, but I think this has been the most stressful week before Spring Break that I have ever had. There were tests and papers and I tried my best to have everything done by Thursday so I could spend the day doing things for and with my diagonal neighbor bestie, Courtney. Her birthday was so fun. It seems as we get along through the year, birthdays get bigger and badder. Court has definitely had the best celebration I have participated in this year.

Sydney, Ally, & I planned to decorate Court's room and her car on Thursday. After sending Court to lunch we enlisted as many people as we could get to help blow up balloons. Almost everyone on our hall blew up at least one ballon. It was pretty neat. While Syd and Ally left to get helium balloons and deorate Court's car, I climbed on every tall thing I could find in Court's room to hang streamers. I did this til 1245 when I realized it might be a good idea to get lunch.

 

Court returned to find herself with a room slam full of balloons. She thoroughly enjoyed it.I'm sure Mary Beirne didn't enjoy popping them all the next morning though. Lol.

A whole bunch of us went out for Mexican and basically just goofed off and had a good time. It was great stress relief, though I did end up rushing to finish two papers on Friday. Totally worth it though.

I can't wait til my birthday next year now that the bar has been raised so high, it should definitely be a blast.
