sick.again.symptoms being: sore throat, constant fatigue, heavy droopy puffy eyelids, spasms before sleeping, declining responsability, spring break itch, possiblity of delivering unwanted golden retriever half-breed infant.
ricola bonbon type green tea with echinacea drops consumed within 48 hours: an exorbitant yet rather useless amount
surely not helped by the hilariousity of amnesty international's on campus v monologues...or trying to sing along to "chasing pavements" while also trying to imitate adele's voice
learning to love her germy bacteria harboring mucousy coughing scratchy throated self and you in the greater wild world. frances
P.S. cannot extend that love to little children just yet as the lawn was overrun by hysterical, cheerful, rosy cheeked screeching knee high tots amidst thousands of brightly coloured plastic eggs and a rather over zealous six foot bunny...laughing and smiling in their midterm-free existence, and all i could do was cough and hack maliciously with slitted eyes and gritted teeth under a cloudy overhang of self-induced procrastination, contagious illness, and adolescent jealousy...
not that one should be wary of me around children...it was just the sunday talking

Ever just get sick of being sick? I have been there, done that. However, and you may have probably heard this before, but washing your hands can help you stay healthy. I used to be sick a lot and then after watching a "stay healthy" show on Oprah, I began washing my hands before every meal or snack. Get them nice and sudsy and wash them for 8 seconds...singing the "Happy Birthday" song is just the right length. Also try not to touch your mouth or your nose with your hands during the day either.
It made an amazing difference for me.
Hand Sanitizer is a great thing to keep in your purse. You can get it at Wal-mart or even the dollar store and it works well for those times when you aren't able to find a restroom.
Hope you beel better snoon.
